Selecting a suitable product
Review the intended surfaces, supplied components, dimensions, operating requirements, and warnings before ordering.
A furniture-cleaning product is not necessarily suitable for every fabric, leather, wood finish, coating, or other material.
Follow both the product instructions and the furniture manufacturer’s guidance. Test a suitable product on an inconspicuous area before wider application.
Product descriptions and results
Only items expressly listed as included form part of the purchase. Accessories or cleaning formulations shown for demonstration are not included unless stated.
Results depend on the surface, stain, previous treatment, and method of use. We do not guarantee universal stain removal, restoration, disinfection, or antibacterial performance.
This does not excuse a defective product or a material difference from its advertised description.
Prices and payment
The price, currency, discounts, shipping fees, and taxes collected by us are displayed before payment.
Qualifying merchandise orders of US$39 or more after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping fees, receive free standard shipping. Orders below this threshold incur the shipping charge shown at checkout.
Use a payment method offered at checkout. Your payment provider may apply separate currency-conversion charges.
Order acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms that we received the order. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, acceptance occurs when we send dispatch confirmation.
Payment, stock, and delivery details may require verification. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and promptly refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled portion within applicable legal deadlines.
We will explain any material pricing or listing error affecting an order rather than silently increasing the agreed price.
Changes and cancellations
Contact support promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts before fulfillment progresses too far.
Approved ordinary cancellations carry no cancellation fee. After dispatch, a return may be necessary. Statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Delivery
Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 7–15 business days in standard transit.

Returns
Eligible return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Our return warehouse is in China.
Customers pay postage for change-of-mind returns. For incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed products, we cover reasonable necessary return costs or arrange another appropriate remedy.
Eligible returned-item refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receipt, including inspection, unless a shorter legal deadline applies.
Safe handling
Follow instructions for use, storage, charging, and disposal where relevant. Do not mix cleaning formulations unless expressly instructed.
Stop using a product that appears unsafe. These precautions do not transfer our product safety obligations to customers or remove rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods.
Applicable law and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory guarantees, statutory remedies, product safety duties, or liability that cannot legally be restricted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to applicable conflict-of-law rules and mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
You retain access to competent courts and remedies available under mandatory law. This provision does not require every dispute to be brought exclusively in China.
Later changes do not retrospectively reduce rights arising from an existing purchase.
